As we continue to scale our global platform, the Supervisor, Production will play a critical role in driving manufacturing quality, efficiency, and team performance across production operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Supervisor, Production is essential to the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality fan merchandise, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and overseeing daily production processes across manual and automated work centers. This position is responsible for the safety, quality, and timely execution of production operations — directing Production Specialists and Machine Operators, tracking output, monitoring quality standards, and collaborating with site leadership and planning teams to meet fulfillment goals. The Supervisor, Production delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with other site Supervisors, Planning personnel, and the Operations Manager to align on priorities, resolve production challenges, and execute against fulfillment and customer-specific shipping criteria.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, EHS, and Site Leadership to maintain a safe work environment and support timely follow-up on personnel issues, safety violations, and accidents.
People Leadership:
- Oversee selection, training, timekeeping, coaching, and career development of manufacturing athletes, leveraging each team member's maximum skillset to meet business needs.
- Address athlete corrective and commendation actions in partnership with HR and Site Leadership, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Supervise staff to produce manufactured products that meet quality standards, ensuring all finished goods are inspected for defects and labeled and packaged according to customer specifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of production output and quality to deliver on fan merchandise commitments across fulfillment and individual customer criteria.
- Leverage FMS and other systems to maintain accurate WIP status and make data-informed decisions with stakeholders to support on-time shipping.
- Participate in cycle counts and year-end physical inventory to maintain inventory accuracy that underpins reliable fan fulfillment.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Identify and resolve production issues proactively, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and process optimization across work centers.
- Utilize data from production records and KPIs — compiled, sorted, and analyzed alongside the Operations Manager — to surface insights and improve performance outcomes.
- Apply digital tools, automated and manual equipment, and software systems including Microsoft Suite and Infor Powerlink/FMS to streamline production operations and reporting.
- Lead and participate in Six Sigma and general housekeeping activities to sustain a clean, organized, and continuously improving manufacturing environment.

- Generate and submit timely performance and progress reports on both individual staff and overall department results, holding yourself and the team accountable to KPIs.
- Organize and delegate production responsibilities and schedules effectively, including FMS utilization, material coordination, and preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, oiling, and basic equipment setup.
- Adhere to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures, and Safety Requirements — including applicable PPE protocols — across all assigned work centers and shift patterns.
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to report to secondary work centers, alternate building locations, or different shift patterns as directed by Site Leadership.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of general production and/or machine operation experience, with proven experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and act on written instructions, delegate effectively, and motivate a diverse manufacturing team.
- Proficiency in data entry and software applications including Microsoft Suite and Infor Powerlink/FMS, with the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Mechanical aptitude sufficient to make equipment adjustments using hand tools, perform basic equipment setup (e.g. adjusting settings, changing needles, basic disassembly/reassembly), and complete or oversee routine preventative maintenance.
- Ability to accurately track production output, complete mathematical computations and measurements, inspect materials and finished products for defects, and apply PMS Color matching knowledge.
- Current or ability to maintain certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens and PIT (Powered Industrial Truck).
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs., participate in team lifts of up to 50 lbs., and sustain moderate physical activity throughout the shift including crouching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, and carrying; able to sit or stand for an entire shift, turn or bend, grip/grasp continuously, and push a cart.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. $59,000 - $79,000 USD
