HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture on platform scalability, reliability, and supply chain technology strategy, managing complex dependencies across multi-team, multi-vendor programs to drive alignment and unblock delivery.
  • Work with Finance to model and track program ROI, total cost of ownership, and business impact across the network transformation portfolio, and actively participate in executive-level program reviews and strategic planning cycles.
  • Lead build vs. buy evaluations and vendor selection decisions in partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics — ensuring technology choices are grounded in operational reality across parcel, freight, last-mile, and regional carriers globally.

People Leadership:

  • Build and develop a small, mighty team of Product Managers across fulfillment, distribution, WMS, and shipping domains — setting clear direction, managing prioritization across competing demands, and growing talent.
  • Create an environment where product managers are close to the business, empowered to make decisions, and accountable for outcomes.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Drive shipping capabilities across B2C, B2B, and enterprise fulfillment models — including cross-border and customs compliance — ensuring fans and wholesale partners receive their product on time, every time.
  • Define and track shipping performance metrics across on-time delivery, cost, carrier performance, and customer experience, in partnership with Logistics and Operations.
  • Drive our micro-fulfillment model — enabling on-demand capacity and pop-up sites that power Fanatics Commerce's ability to respond to peak events and hot market moments, ensuring fan demand is met at every surge.
  • Ensure platform decisions balance customer experience, operational scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance across both B2C and B2B models.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Define and evolve the product vision for Fanatics Commerce's Global Shipping platform — spanning carrier integrations, TMS strategy, rate shopping, label generation, package lifecycle management, and delivery tracking.
  • Own automation integration strategy across warehouse execution, controls, and robotics systems — translating operational automation investments into coherent product architecture.
  • Champion low-touch logistics execution — driving automation, intelligent carrier selection, and streamlined fulfillment routing to reduce freight costs, minimize manual intervention, and improve throughput across the shipping lifecycle.
  • Enable greenfield deployments and complex retrofit programs across a growing global network spanning North America, Europe, and beyond — building toward a uniform, modern technology platform for omnichannel operations.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Lead and co-develop the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Fanatics Commerce's Warehouse Management System platform, driving a large-scale, multi-site network transformation program across the global network in close partnership with Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Translate strategy into clear product requirements, epics, and measurable success criteria — leading backlog prioritization and sprint planning in close partnership with engineering teams.
  • Define and track network performance metrics across fulfillment efficiency, distribution accuracy, system reliability, and cost, in alignment with Operations and business stakeholders.
  • Navigate peak event planning and operational resilience requirements — including holiday, promotional surges, and hot market events — with rigor and a relentless delivery mindset.

AI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY

We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:

  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of WMS, fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain platforms, including a proven track record leading complex, multi-site technology transformation programs from strategy through delivery.
  • Deep expertise in warehouse management systems at enterprise scale — Manhattan Active WMS or equivalent strongly preferred — with demonstrated experience driving both eCommerce and wholesale distribution operations.
  • Strong understanding of global shipping, carrier integrations, TMS strategy, and last-mile logistics, including demonstrated experience designing or scaling low-touch logistics models such as automated carrier selection, rate shopping optimization, and reduction of manual touchpoints across the shipping and fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Experience operating across B2C and B2B fulfillment and distribution models, with the ability to ensure platform decisions balance customer experience, operational scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance.
  • Experience leading and developing teams of Product Managers — setting direction, managing performance, and growing talent in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with demonstrated comfort operating at the VP and C-suite level across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
