As we continue to scale our global platform, the Screen Print Worker will play a critical role in delivering high-quality printed garments that meet production accuracy and fan-ready standards.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Screen Print Worker is responsible for executing screen printing operations with precision, ensuring every garment meets strict quality, cure, and quantity standards before reaching fans. This role supports production flow from order setup through final inspection, including garment handling, defect identification, labeling, folding, and workstation cleanup. The Screen Print Worker delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT
Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.
Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
- Assist fellow team members during press tear-down, setup, and workstation cleanup to maintain an efficient and safe production environment.
- Communicate proactively with operators and supervisors regarding order discrepancies, quality issues, and production status to keep the line running smoothly.
- Support a culture of accountability by accurately completing inspector production sheets and obtaining required supervisor sign-offs for downtime and allowances.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Inspect every twelfth shirt for cure and monitor print quality continuously, stopping production when defects arise to ensure only fan-ready garments move forward.
- Verify final order accuracy by size, print quality, and cure before authorizing tear-down, ensuring fans receive exactly what was ordered.
- Apply heat seal labels and perform touch-up and cleanup on garments as needed so the finished product reflects the quality fans expect.
- Confirm that all misprints and defects have been replaced prior to screens coming down, safeguarding product integrity before goods are shipped.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Run test prints and secure approval before full production runs, applying a quality-first mindset that catches issues before they scale.
- Identify and escalate quantity or color discrepancies found on screen print tickets, resolving problems early to prevent downstream waste and rework.
- Apply structured folding and stacking methods — folding in sixes, twelves, or stacking for secondary printing — keeping each step distinct to maintain order accuracy and traceability.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
- Execute the full production workflow from reading the print ticket through final inspection and cart/buggy/box staging, owning each step without combining or skipping stages.
- Unload garments from the press and conveyor with attention to each piece, simultaneously performing visual quality checks to catch defects at the source.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift and complete all required documentation accurately to support smooth handoffs and production accountability.
- Resume production only after satisfactory corrections have been confirmed, holding the line on quality standards regardless of schedule pressure.
AI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY
We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:
- Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
- Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
- Strong math skills with the ability to accurately count, verify, and reconcile garment quantities by size across production runs.
- Legible handwriting for completing inspector production sheets and other required production documentation.
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately to identify print defects, color inconsistencies, and mismatches against order specifications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the duration of a production shift in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs to handle garments, bins, boxes, crates, and buggies as part of normal production duties.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to inspect garments consistently and stop production when quality standards are not met.
- Collaborative team orientation with willingness to assist in setup, tear-down, and cleanup tasks beyond primary inspection duties.
