About the Team

Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.

Overview

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager, Digital Brand Media to lead digital brand media strategy and execution across our Online Sportsbook and Casino businesses. This role will be responsible for developing and managing upper- and mid-funnel media initiatives that position Fanatics Betting & Gaming as an industry leader while driving measurable brand and business impact.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in an intense and fast-paced environment, is technically fluent, and highly analytical. This individual will manage agency partners, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee platform relationships, and deliver end-to-end campaign reporting and optimization.

 

Responsibilities

●  Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the digital brand media vertical across Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino.

● Develop channel-level targets and KPIs in partnership with key stakeholders across Marketing and the broader business. 

● Manage and optimize brand media investment across paid social, online video (OLV), Connected TV (CTV), display, programmatic, and digital audio.

● Drive scalable demand generation while maintaining efficient and strong brand positioning through the funnel. 

● Align performance against key metrics including brand lift, brand health, download share, market share, and incremental growth at efficient payback.

● Lead end-to-end campaign report, including monthly performance readouts and executive-level presentations.

● Manage agency partners to ensure high-quality execution, ongoing optimization, and brand consistency.

● Maintain and strengthen relationships with major platform partners (Meta, Snap, X, TikTok, Google, DSPs) through regular optimization and strategic roadmaps.

● Support digital activation and amplification of major partnerships (professional leagues, teams, celebrities, and more) to maximize owned, earned and paid media impact.

● Identify and activate cross-functional digital opportunities that ladder up to broader business objectives.

● Drive innovation through structured testing roadmaps and emerging channel experimentation.

● Partner on incrementality testing, MMM insights, and budget allocation strategies to balance short and long-term investment and performance.

● Continuously enhance measurement frameworks, media reporting, and marketing technology to improve efficiency and customer journey outcomes.
● Align reporting across various data sources (brand lift, brand health, acquisition, market share, and annuity) to tell a cohesive story about short and long-term growth.

 

Qualifications

●  7 years of experience in a related role, examples include Marketing Manager Account Manager, or Business Manager 
●  Bachelor qualification in marketing and/or business
●  Digital Marketing expertise preferable with strong relationships across vendors and media partners  
●  Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms including Google, Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, Programmatic DSPs (Media Math, The Trade Desk, Yahoo etc.)
●  Strong presentation skills across internal and external stakeholders
●  Expertise across brand measurement partners such as Savanta, Lucid, DISQO, and Kantar
●  Detail oriented, deadline focused, observant, adaptable and innovative 
●  Extensive knowledge of the sports betting and gaming industry preferred 
●  Strong analytic skills and the ability to relate results to business objectives 
●  Track record of delivering successful campaigns on-time and with measurable results   
●  Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices in New York City and Denver as well as other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities

Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
