Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for an Associate to join our Brand Experience team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is organized, resourceful, eager to learn, and excited to help support high-impact events designed to elevate our brand presence and deepen relationships with influencers, media, and clients.

Reporting to the VP of Brand Experience, the candidate will support the planning and execution of events, activations, VIP experiences, gifting initiatives, and more

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day planning and execution of events, activations, VIP experiences, and gifting initiatives
  • Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, guest lists, invitations, venue details, transportation, catering, supplies, and on-site needs
  • Support the development of all event and activation production schedules, contact lists, run-of-show documents, and other event materials
  • Assist with vendor and agency coordination, including scheduling, deliverables, invoices, and follow-ups
  • Partner with internal teams such as VIP, Marketing, Creative Studio and Loyalty to gather information and keep projects moving
  • Support on-site event setup, guest experience, troubleshooting, and breakdown
  • Help manage gifting logistics, including research, ordering, inventory, packaging, shipping, and delivery tracking
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and keep budget documents accurate and up to date
  • Assist with presentation materials, research, and event recaps
  • Ensure all event details and materials reflect the Fanatics Betting & Gaming brand
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the team and role evolve

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, client service, production, or a related area
  • Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable asking questions and learning on the job
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support both behind-the-scenes planning and on-site execution
  • Strong judgment and professionalism when working with guests, partners, and sensitive information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift
  • Interest in events, hospitality, sports, entertainment, fashion, or luxury experiences is a plus

Additional Expectations

  • Four days per week in the New York City office
  • Occasional travel for off-site events
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends around key events

Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires. These sessions are designed to build connection and bring our culture to life, though specific travel and participation requirements will be confirmed based on your role and location. Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed. Salary Range

$70,000 - $85,000 USD
