The role

A casino should feel alive. This role is how we do that. A brand campaign film, feature launch animation, in-product motion, and the 3D asset library that increasingly underpins how Casino looks everywhere.

You'll own how Fanatics Casino moves. You'll set the standard with hands-on craft, lead the motion and 3D work across the team, and stay close enough to the work to shape it yourself. This is a hands-on, lead role with real conceptual craft in it. Your remit covers both brand and performance creative that runs across our paid channels.

What you’ll do

  • Lead motion and 3D across brand campaigns, feature launches, social, CRM and in-product promotions.
  • Build 2D and 3D assets and scenes for game launches, product and brand moments across campaigns.
  • Own and scale a reusable 3D and motion asset library, with templates and rigs the rest of the team can pick up.
  • Own and evolve Casino's motion principles, holding the standard across everything that moves.
  • Oversee the performance motion and design output, keeping craft high as it scales.
  • Lead, mentor and review the team’s motion work, giving feedback that is specific enough to act on.
  • Bring in freelance, studio or agency support when volume spikes, and art-direct external motion and 3D partners.
  • Storyboard and pitch motion ideas early, shaping concepts while they're still forming.
  • Edit, grade and finish video, including versioning and cutdowns for every channel.
  • Present motion work to senior leadership and explain the thinking behind it.
  • Make sure disclaimer and responsible gaming messaging in video is legible, correctly timed and on screen long enough to be read comfortably.

What you bring

  • 7+ years in motion, design and 3D, with at least 2 leading or owning a motion function.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • A strong understanding of performance creative and the metrics behind it.
  • A reel that demonstrates both motion and 3D convincingly, alongside the systems and templates behind it.
  • Expert editing, After Effects and Cinema 4D skills.
  • Strong design fundamentals: type, composition and colour, alongside your animation craft.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite along with Figma experience. Comfort working inside a design system.
  • The ability to run several deliverables and render deadlines at once, calmly.
  • Good judgement about where AI video and image tools add real value.

Bonus points

  • Sound design or audio finishing.
  • Experience animating app or game UI.
  • Experience building a motion or 3D capability from the ground up.

Your first 90 days

You'll work hand in glove with the internal creative and brand teams, creating high polish animated assets for campaign, paid and organic output, and set out how motion and 3D will scale across the team.
