About Fanatics Events 

Fanatics is a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, collectibles, and fan experiences. Our newest platform, Fanatics Events, creates large-scale consumer festivals and live experiences that bring fans, athletes, and partners together. 

Our flagship productions include: 

  • Fanatics Fest – A first-of-its-kind multi-day fan festival hosted at the world-class Javits Center, combining sports, collectibles, athlete appearances, and immersive activations. 
  • WWE World – A multi-day consumer event produced in partnership with WWE, bringing fans closer to superstars, storylines, and experiences during major tentpole weekends. 

 

The Role

The Operations Manager, Signage & Partner Experience owns the signage program and meeting room operations across Fanatics Fest, WWE World, and other flagship Fanatics Events productions, and serves as the key operational partner to the Fulfillment and Exhibitor Customer Success teams. This person ensures sponsor and partner deliverables are executed accurately and on time, and that exhibitors and internal teams have what they need to succeed onsite. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail obsessed, and energized by juggling multiple workstreams at once. This role requires travel and onsite presence for load-in, show days, and load-out, including nights and weekends as needed. 

 

What You'll Do

Signage Management 

  • Own the end-to-end signage program across all events, including design coordination with marketing, ordering, production tracking, and onsite placement. 
  • Maintain signage inventory, specs, and placement maps; manage relationships with print and install vendors. 

Meeting Room Management 

  • Manage all meeting room space across the event footprint, including scheduling, AV/furniture setup requirements, and day-of coordination for internal, partner, and talent use. 

Partner & Fulfillment Coordination 

  • Partner with the Fulfillment team to translate sold sponsorship packages and partner requirements into actionable work orders and onsite execution plans. 
  • Serve as the operational point of contact ensuring partner deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time. 

Exhibitor Customer Success 

  • Partner with the Exhibitor Customer Success team to support exhibitor needs from contracting through onsite execution. 
  • Help resolve exhibitor issues in real time, ensuring a high-quality onsite experience. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement 

  • Act as the connective tissue between Operations, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Exhibitor Customer Success, flagging gaps and proposing process improvements. 
  • Maintain detailed trackers and documentation for signage, meeting rooms, and partner deliverables. 


What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of experience in event operations, production, sponsorship fulfillment, or exhibitor services, ideally with large-scale festivals or tradeshows. 
  • Experience managing signage or print production vendors, from ordering through onsite install. 
  • Strong Airtable or similar systems proficiency for tracking deliverables across teams. 
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders under tight deadlines. 
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite for multi-day event builds, including nights and weekends. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • A genuine passion for sports and live events.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. Salary Range

$107,000 - $133,000 USD
