Sr. Manager, MarCom Sales Conversion

 

Your Role:

We are seeking a growth-oriented Senior Manager, MarCom Sales Conversion to build and scale FF’s private-domain lead conversion system in the U.S. market. This role will integrate social media acquisition, messaging platforms (like WhatsApp), and CRM workflows to drive high-quality lead generation and conversion. You will own the end-to-end design of our “content-to-conversion” journey, manage platform communities, streamline lead handling, and build supporting toolsets and data systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a full-funnel private-domain conversion system using WhatsApp Business API, community platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Design a user journey from social content engagement to form submission, group entry, sales follow-up, and final transaction.
  • Structure user segmentation (new leads, engaged prospects, high-intent users) and tailor conversion flows accordingly.
  • Collaborate with China-based marketing and growth teams to align tooling, SOPs, and asset delivery.
  • Lead a team focused on converting social and content-driven traffic (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, livestreams, etc.) into private channel leads.
  • Implement lead scoring, routing logic, CRM automation, and SOPs for follow-up frequency, messaging, and sales handoffs.
  • Build structured communities on Reddit, Telegram, Discord targeting different segments including high-net-worth audiences.
  • Design community activation strategies including co-creation, AMAs, surveys, gated access, and engagement incentives.
  • Integrate WhatsApp, CRM, and BI systems including API flows, automated lead delivery, and callback mechanisms.
  • Standardize lead tracking parameters (e.g., UTM, user ID, private ID) across content and acquisition functions.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, or private-domain traffic operations
  • Proven track record in building and managing digital sales funnels and marketing automation for B2C businesses
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing marketing or operations teams, including setting KPIs and improving team efficiency

 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of drawing insights from complex data sets to inform conversion strategies
  • Solid understanding of digital user journeys and funnel optimization—from awareness to transaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting marketing performance and recommendations to leadership
  • High level of adaptability and ownership, with a growth mindset and a results-driven approach

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other community platforms used for global user engagement and lead conversion.
  • Conversion Strategy Acumen: Proven ability to convert social media and content-driven traffic into qualified leads, particularly for high-value consumer products such as electric vehicles or premium electronics.
  • CRM & Workflow Ownership: Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM workflows, lead routing logic, and sales handoff SOPs.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude; skilled in building and interpreting dashboards to track user engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Experience working with China-based marketing or product teams, with an ability to manage alignment across regional workflows and timelines.
  • Content Fluency: Familiarity with community management and activation strategies, including AMAs, co-creation initiatives, gated content, and engagement incentives.
  • Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in electric vehicles, consumer electronics, or premium B2C sectors is highly preferred.
