Your Role:
As the recruiter at Faraday Future, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to ensure we hire the best talent for our first US factory. A successful candidate in this role is someone who is adaptable, isn’t afraid of ambiguity, is able to multi-task and can work effectively within a team both as a leader and as an individual contributor. Recruiting at Faraday Future is a team effort, and your success is paramount to our team’s success. You will be expected to be very hands-on be a proactive sourcer and planner. You will help train our hiring managers on our recruiting best practices of the latest hiring techniques and manage an entire full lifecycle of the talent acquisition process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to build strong relationships with our senior leadership and hiring managers to help guide them through your talent acquisition process
- You will be expected to assist hiring managers, HRBPs and organizational leaders in building strong and attractive job descriptions and help promote the positions online and through your network
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline with a strong emphasis on the candidate’s experience throughout
- You will also be facilitating all aspects of the interview process by building interview kits for each position where you will outline and define the questions being asking throughout the candidate selection process
- You'll work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships
- Participate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring events
- You are also expected to be knowledgeable of all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws to ensure our recruiting and hiring practices are compliant according to the best practices laid out by federal and state requirements
- Utilizing proactive recruiting techniques, you will also be using social media sites as well as the use of other recruiting tools in order to be able to select qualified individuals who will provide added value to FF
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in-house experience and agency combined.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or other business related
- Proven knowledge + expertise in hiring for Functional skilled professionals (Marketing, Sales & Aftersales, GTM, Business Development, and Financial Services)
- A passion/interest in automotive manufacturing and cars
- Top-notch sourcing, project management and relationship building skills
- Strong familiarity with manufacturing, transportation and warehouse operations
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail
- Experience with high volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organization
- Expertise in managing candidate pipelines and executing against a timeline
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Strong software experience using MS Office Suite
- Experienced in using Greenhouse ATS, and other software applications used for sourcing candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise with full cycle recruitment for Functional G&A Skills (Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, etc)
- Experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategy and hiring
- A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
- Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
- A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
- A genuine fascination for the automotive field and a commitment to global change
Annual Salary Range:
(90K-100K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
