Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Gardena, California, United States

The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based mobility company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles to establish new paradigms in human-vehicle interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution blueprint for our automotive Order-to-Delivery (OTD) CRM and partner with business and platform teams to translate processes into reliable capabilities on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will align scope and priorities, guide configuration versus customization, and define integration, security, and data-quality guardrails. You will coordinate test/readiness and cutover activities and align SLAs/KPIs with BI so outcomes are measurable and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Translate OTD processes into Dataverse schema, model-driven apps, forms/views, Business Process Flows, and a role-based security model.
  • Integrations: Specify and validate integrations with ERP/OMS/DMS, identity, payments, and data platforms via Azure patterns (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, webhooks, virtual tables); define interface contracts and SLAs.
  • ALM & Environments: Establish environment strategy; manage Solutions/Managed Solutions, Power Platform Pipelines, versioning, deployment gates, and rollback.
  • Data Migration & Quality: Plan and execute migrations (Dataflows/Import, Azure Data Factory); deduplicate/cleanse; define stewardship and quality rules.
  • Non-Functional Requirements: Set and verify performance, scalability, availability/DR, operability, localization, and cost guardrails; conduct capacity planning.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security roles/field security, auditing, DLP, and consent/retention controls aligned to GDPR/CCPA/CPRA.
  • Testing, UAT & Cutover: Define acceptance criteria and test plans; coordinate SIT/UAT and signoffs; run cutover rehearsals and go-live checklists.
  • Telemetry & KPIs: Configure Application Insights/Azure Monitor; deliver Power BI dashboards/alerts aligned to SLAs/KPIs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years total experience in enterprise applications / information systems, including 5+ years hands-on CRM experience with significant delivery on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (e.g., 2+ end-to-end D365 implementations).
  • Strong functional mastery of Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service: requirements discovery, fit-gap, solution design, model-driven apps, Dataverse schema, forms/views, Business Process Flows, security roles/field security, and data quality.
  • Experience collaborating on integrations between D365 CRM and ERP/OMS/DMS (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or similar), identity (Microsoft Entra ID/SSO), payments, and messaging—able to author functional specifications and acceptance criteria, and to validate end-to-end flows; familiarity with Power Automate cloud flows and Azure integration patterns (APIs, events, webhooks, virtual tables).
  • Practical ALM on Power Platform (solutions, environment strategy, Power Platform Pipelines), test/UAT management, data migration (Dataflows/Import, Azure Data Factory), and release readiness.
  • Solid understanding of privacy/security (e.g., GDPR/CCPA/CPRA), consent/retention, auditability, and basic controls in regulated environments.

Required Certifications:

  • At least one current Microsoft certification such as PL‑200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), MB‑210 (Dynamics 365 Sales), or MB‑230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service); PL‑600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep automotive OTD domain fluency: digital lead management, quotation & order capture, vehicle allocation and VIN tracking, delivery appointment workflows, e-signature (e.g., DocuSign/Adobe), and customer communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp) orchestrated from CRM.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) for segmentation and real-time journeys triggered by OTD events; ability to align analytics with CRM data models.
  • Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, RLS) for operational dashboards (conversion, cycle time, SLA, NPS/CSAT).
  • Familiarity with Azure services relevant to CRM integrations—Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Functions—and telemetry via Application Insights/Azure Monitor, in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Power Pages (partner/dealer/customer portals) and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework), in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Exposure to Copilot capabilities in Dynamics 365/Power Platform to enhance productivity, summarization, and guided workflows.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Prefer Bilingual in Mandarin

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
