Your Role:
The Senior Manager, FF Par Sales, acts as the Chief Ecosystem Architect for Faraday Future’s robotics business. You are responsible for spearheading the global commercial deployment and channel governance of our EAI Robotics portfolio, defining the commercial infrastructure, operational standards, and value-capture framework that govern our global partner network.
This is a strategic "market-making" role: you are tasked with leveraging the FF Par model to build an impenetrable commercial network. You will establish the "rules of the game" for the TRA (Trustworthy Robotics Alliance), ensuring that our EAI Robotics solutions are delivered through high-performing partners who serve as a seamless extension of FF’s mission. You are not just managing retail; you are building an impenetrable technological and commercial barrier that defines how AI-enabled robotics are distributed, maintained, and valued on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Governance & Compliance: Engineer a high-barrier Ecosystem Access Framework. Define and operationalize baseline qualification standards for all partners, ensuring 100% alignment with FF's data governance (ICTS/Data security), safety protocols (e.g., UL 3300), and ethical business practices.
- TRA (Trustworthy Robotics Alliance) Orchestration: Lead the formation and administration of the TRA framework, translating FF's proprietary safety and data governance protocols into industry-standard operating procedures.
- Asset Lifecycle Intelligence: Architect the end-to-end framework for FF's robotics assets—from distribution and service certification to refurbishment and secondary market circulation—designing models that transform hardware into continuously appreciating commercial assets.
- Strategic Channel Governance: Establish channel incentive structures, performance metrics (KPIs), and rigorous audit protocols. Oversee network health to ensure all partners maintain the high-bar standards required by our Global EAI Industry Bridge Strategy.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and After-Sales teams to build a scalable, compliant, and highly efficient channel infrastructure that mitigates regulatory risks while maximizing growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, or high-tech channel management (Dealer/Partner Network focus).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Candidates with equivalent practical experience in building and scaling complex commercial ecosystems will also be considered.
- Proven ability to build channel infrastructure from the ground up, with a deep understanding of U.S. market regulatory environments.
- Strong background in commercial negotiations and complex compliance framework implementation.
- Highly execution-oriented; comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments that demand precision and strategic vision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of North American automotive retail landscape and NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) industry standards; experience in balancing OEM-Dealer relationship dynamics within a compliance-heavy environment.
- Familiarity with NRTL certification processes (e.g., UL/ASTM standards) in the North American market.
- Experience in steering industry-wide standardization efforts or building governance frameworks.
- Background in asset finance, leasing, or high-value fixed asset management (e.g., residual value models).
- Experience in launching or scaling ecosystems where the partner network is a core competitive moat.
