Developer Platform Marketing Operations

El Segundo, California, United States

The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based global technology company focused on the design, engineering, and intelligent operation of electric vehicles and embodied AI systems. Under its expanded EAI (Embodied Artificial Intelligence) strategy, FF has launched the FF EAI Brain — a next-generation robotics intelligence platform designed to power quadruped and humanoid robots with advanced perception, motion control, and decision-making capabilities.

The FF EAI Brain Robotics Developer Open Platform is FF's strategic initiative to build a thriving open developer ecosystem around its core robotics technology. Developer acquisition is the lifeblood of this ecosystem — and it happens across multiple simultaneous channels: B2B enterprise outreach, partner-driven acquisition, video and e-commerce platforms, sales-driven developer enablement, and social and community channels. The Developer Platform Marketing Operation role exists to power all of them.

Your Role:

The Developer Platform Marketing Operations is the horizontal marketing engine that supports every developer acquisition channel within the FF EAI Brain Developer Open Platform. This role does not own a single acquisition channel — it is responsible for making all of them work better. You will build and maintain the marketing infrastructure, content assets, campaign systems, data pipelines, and operational processes that the B2B acquisition team, partner acquisition function, video and e-commerce channels, UES sales-driven developer enablement program, and social and community operations all depend on to execute effectively. This is an operational and strategic role in equal measure: you must be equally comfortable designing a multi-channel campaign calendar, building a marketing automation workflow, producing a developer-facing pitch deck, and analyzing funnel conversion data across channels. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who understands developer audiences, thrives in cross-functional coordination, and finds deep satisfaction in building the infrastructure that makes other teams' work possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Channel Marketing Infrastructure & Operations:
Design, build, and maintain the marketing operational systems — CRM configuration, marketing automation workflows, lead routing logic, developer acquisition tracking, and attribution modeling — that unify and support all developer acquisition channels. Ensure every channel team has reliable, real-time visibility into their pipeline and campaign performance, and that leads and developer contacts are consistently captured, enriched, and handed off without data loss.
  • Content & Asset Production for All Channels:
Produce and manage the library of marketing assets that each acquisition channel draws from: B2B pitch decks and one-pagers for enterprise outreach, partner co-marketing materials, video briefs and scripts for video and e-commerce channels, sales enablement collateral for the UES 5-Pillar program, and community content templates for social and community operations. Ensure all assets are on-brand, technically accurate, and tailored to the specific developer audience each channel serves.
  • Campaign Planning & Integrated Execution:
Own the integrated marketing campaign calendar across all developer acquisition channels. Plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns — such as platform launch activations, SDK release announcements, hackathon promotions, and developer program enrollment drives — ensuring consistent messaging, synchronized timing, and clear ownership across teams. Lead campaign briefing and debriefing processes that capture learnings and feed them back into future planning.
  • Developer Brand, Messaging & Positioning:
Maintain and evolve the FF EAI Brain developer platform's brand identity, tone of voice, and core messaging framework. Ensure that every channel — from a B2B sales deck to a social media post to a developer portal landing page — presents a coherent, compelling, and technically credible narrative about why developers should build on FF's platform. Develop channel-specific messaging variants that resonate with distinct developer segments (enterprise engineers, academic researchers, indie developers, youth coders).
  • Sales & Channel Enablement:
Serve as the marketing partner to the UES 5-Pillar Sales-Driven Developer Enablement program, producing the sales tools, developer journey maps, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials that enable the sales-driven acquisition motion to operate at scale. Support B2B and partner acquisition teams with RFP response templates, capability presentations, and co-branded materials for strategic developer partnership conversations.
  • Developer Events & Activation Support:
Plan and execute developer-facing marketing activations — including hackathons, developer days, industry conference presence, webinars, and online launch events — in close coordination with the platform operations and community teams. Manage event logistics, promotional campaigns, pre- and post-event developer follow-up sequences, and event performance reporting.
  • Analytics, Funnel Reporting & Optimization:
Own the developer acquisition funnel analytics across all channels — from first touch to platform registration to active developer status. Define the metrics framework, build the reporting dashboards, and produce regular performance reviews that give channel leads and senior leadership a clear picture of what is working, what is not, and where to invest next. Use data to proactively identify channel-level optimizations and present them with clear recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, developer marketing, or integrated campaign management, with demonstrated experience supporting multiple simultaneous marketing channels or teams. Experience in a technology platform, SaaS, or developer-facing product context is strongly preferred.
  • Marketing Operations Expertise:
Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent), campaign tracking infrastructure, and multi-touch attribution modeling. You have built marketing ops systems from scratch or rebuilt them, and you understand the data architecture behind them.
  • Content & Creative Range:
Ability to produce high-quality written and visual marketing content across a wide range of formats — long-form thought leadership, short-form social copy, technical one-pagers, presentation decks, video briefs, and email nurture sequences — with a strong sense of what resonates with technical developer audiences specifically.
  • Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable building funnel dashboards, running campaign performance analyses, and translating data into actionable optimization recommendations. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Communication & Coordination:
Exceptional bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese, both written and verbal). Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and maintain clarity and momentum in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in developer marketing, developer relations, or platform ecosystem growth at a technology company
  • Familiarity with the robotics, AI/ML, IoT, or embedded hardware industry and its developer communities
  • Experience supporting both B2B enterprise sales motions and consumer-facing or community-driven acquisition channels simultaneously
  • Background in video content marketing, e-commerce channel management, or short-form video platform growth (e.g., Douyin, YouTube, Bilibili)
  • Experience designing and operating developer loyalty, referral, or incentive programs as part of a broader acquisition strategy
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) sufficient to produce or direct polished marketing assets independently

Salary Range:

($100,000-$120,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
