New

Marketing Creative Strategist

El Segundo, California, United States

The Company:

Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based embodied artificial intelligence ecosystem company, leveraging the latest technologies and world’s best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility and robotics. We’re producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles and robots to establish new paradigms in human-AI interaction. We’re not just seeking to change how our cars and robots work – we’re seeking to change the way we drive and interact with machines. At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.

Your Role:

We are seeking a senior marketing creative, centered on marketing creativity and a strong feel for localization, to join FF's brand marketing team. This mid-level role focuses on the U.S. market, with core responsibilities spanning two areas: first, leading the creative ideation and planning of product marketing content—turning AI, EV, and robotics product stories into bold, memorable content tuned to U.S. local context; and second, owning the social X (Twitter) presence and developing the founder's IP content, which represents the core strength of this role. The ideal candidate brings outstanding content creativity and localization instinct, deeply understands U.S. audiences and platform culture, and writes in a natural, well-paced, compelling voice—translating complex technology products into content and stories that resonate with U.S. consumers, rather than corporate-report or press-release style writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead content ideation and planning for product marketing and promotion—starting from consumer insight and angle selection to shape memorable, locally-tuned creative concepts that make AI, EV, and robotics products more compelling in the U.S. market.
  • Own day-to-day operation of the social X (Twitter) presence and the founder's IP content—planning posts and threads on AI, EV, robotics, and mobility topics, shaping an authentic, industry-savvy, conversation-driving voice.
  • Write content across the full marketing funnel: social campaign copy, short-form video scripts, brand messaging, and product narratives for U.S. audiences.
  • Plan and design content for the website and e-commerce pages—shaping information architecture and visual storytelling to strengthen narrative, conversion, and brand consistency.
  • Stay ahead of U.S. trends, cultural moments, and platform mechanics; localize content and plan social-native pieces built to travel and spark engagement.
  • Plan and write livestream talking points and host scripts to support product launches and promotional events.
  • Develop sales-conversion copy and scripts (landing pages, offers, CTAs, response scripts) that balance creativity with conversion goals.
  • Partner with product, design, performance-marketing, and sales teams to align messaging from concept through publication and continuously optimize content performance.
  • Leverage AI tools, platform analytics, and trend insights to accelerate ideation and improve content quality and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content creative, marketing strategy, or brand/content creative; consumer or tech product experience preferred.
  • Strong Chinese/English bilingual ability, able to create fluent, natural English content with a good understanding of U.S. tone and cultural context, and solid content-localization ability.
  • Skilled at operating X (Twitter), with deep understanding of its content ecosystem, distribution mechanics, and account-growth playbook; experience running a brand or founder X account strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding content creativity and storytelling, able to independently run the full creative process from insight and angle to finished content—portfolio of content creative or marketing work required.
  • Solid grounding in audiovisual language, able to produce scripts, storyboards, and cinematic narrative; sharp instinct for social and cultural moments.
  • Familiarity with major U.S. social/content ecosystems (X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok); experience planning website, e-commerce, or landing-page content preferred.
  • Self-directed and fast-moving, comfortable owning content end-to-end in a high-tempo environment.

 Perks + Benefits

  • Healthcare + dental + vision benefits (Free for you/discounted for family)
  • 401(k) options
  • Casual dress code + relaxed work environment
  • Culturally diverse, progressive atmosphere

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
