Sales Director Poland
Farel is a San Francisco-based startup building the next-generation Operating System for airlines to manage inventory and sales better. We've raised over $4M from prominent Silicon Valley investors, including the world's most successful accelerator Y Combinator (which launched Airbnb, Dropbox, Coinbase, Robinhood, etc.) Previously, our team built a successful OTA that a $20B publicly-traded company acquired.
Role overview
We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Sales Regional Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue, monitoring, and reporting on sales goals and KPIs, and adjusting sales tactics to reach them consistently. The Sales Regional Director will also work closely with other executives and play an important role in shaping the direction of the company and its strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, social media, conferences, exhibitions, Linkedin, etc.
- Research and gather information on potential customers and decision-makers to understand their needs and identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders
- Create sales materials, commercial proposals, and presentations.
- Identify/research/learn customer business needs/challenges.
- Pitch/present/demonstrate the product to clients
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Manage and update the company's CRM system with accurate and timely information.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Poland and English
- Strong knowledge of software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, etc.)
- Prior sales experience in tech or/and airlines space.
- Fast learning ability and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach.
- Deep understanding of best sales practices and methods.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
