Role Overview
Join us as a Regional Sales Manager, a pivotal role aimed at turbocharging our client base and refining our sales processes. You will spearhead our efforts to massively engage with potential clients, creating and optimizing conversion funnels that translate to robust revenue streams. Collaborating closely with our IT and Sales teams, your contributions will be crucial in steering Farel towards its strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Implement aggressive outbound prospecting strategies to significantly expand our client base.
- Engage with leads through various channels including calls, emails, social media, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Develop a deep understanding of potential and existing customers' needs, crafting tailored strategies to meet these requirements.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, enhancing Farel's market presence and partnership opportunities.
- Design and execute impactful sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate Farel's value proposition.
- Skillfully negotiate deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and our business objectives.
- Maintain meticulous records within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for team reference.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fluent in English to cater to a diverse client base.
- Proficient with essential software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably within the tech and/or airline industries.
- A quick learner with a robust passion for sales and customer engagement.
- A self-driven professional with a keen focus on delivering results.
- A strong grasp of sales best practices and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
