Internship - Summer 2025

About the Internship: 
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join Faropoint for Summer 2025 in our Corporate HQ based in Hoboken, NJ. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of three core areas: acquisitions, asset management, and corporate finance. You will work closely with industry experts, contributing to high-impact projects that align with your interests and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the department you join, your responsibilities may include:

Acquisitions:

  • Participate in the evaluation of potential real estate acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis.
  • Assist in creating investment memos and pitch materials for senior leadership.

Asset Management:

  • Support asset managers in optimizing property performance and operations.
  • Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and leasing activities.
  • Assist in preparing investor reports and presentations.

Corporate Finance:

  • Assist in financial modeling and analysis to support key investment decisions.
  • Participate in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and economic indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A strong interest in real estate and investment management.
