Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Systems Specialist to join our Hoboken, NJ headquarters and support all aspects of information systems administration/support, user training, and systems implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Information Systems Administration and User Support:
• End User Support(internal/external): Provide tier one technical user support, addressing questions and resolving issues
• User permissions, security and access management
• System plug-ins and upgrades management (testing and deployment)
• Create and maintain user and admin guides and training materials
• Create system visibility and efficiencies by using reporting tools
• User Training:
• Prepare and deliver user training materials
• Conduct hands-on training sessions
• Systems Implementation Related Processes:
• Data Migration: Assist in extracting, cleaning, and transferring data from existing systems to the new system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy 
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist senior implementors with system testing procedures, identify and report bugs or issues, and assist in resolving quality concerns

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 Years of relevant experience in systems implementation/support/project management roles
• Advantages for prior experience in implementation/support for: Yardi commercial café, Yardi voyager, Yardi Vendor Café , Yardi P2P, NetSuite, Kyriba, Concur or similar

Compensation:

• This position offers a base salary in the $80,000-$115,000 range, plus discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401k match.
