Product Marketing Associate
About Faropoint
Established in 2012, Faropoint is a pure-play real estate fund manager focused on the last-mile industrial sector. Having acquired more than 500 warehouses to date, we are the most active aggregator of small-bay urban logistics assets in the US over the past five years. Our platform is built to harness the sector's fragmentation, operating through 7 regional offices with 120+ employees in vertically integrated teams enhanced by proprietary AI-driven tools, while benefiting from compelling fundamentals including constrained supply growth, reshoring, and e-commerce tailwinds.
Role Overview
The Product Marketing Associate will be a core member of our product marketing and capital development team, serving as a bridge between complex data and strategic storytelling. This role is centered on crafting compelling narratives that support fundraising efforts, transforming raw data and organizational insights into powerful marketing materials, investor communications, and response documents. As the role matures, there is a natural path toward broader brand, content, and digital responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive investor response documents (RFPs and DDQs) that clearly articulate our market positioning and competitive advantages
- Translate raw data and internal insights into visually engaging, intellectually rigorous presentations that resonate with institutional investors and stakeholders
- Synthesize complex information from across the organization into cohesive, compelling marketing collateral including pitch books, one-pagers, fund updates, and thematic research pieces
- Partner cross-functionally with investment, research, and asset management teams to extract and curate the most impactful stories and data points
- Build dynamic dashboards and visual narratives that make complex market information clear and actionable
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and research workflows using AI and modern productivity tools, building lightweight internal tools and systems that help the team move faster and produce more
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities that sharpen our positioning
- Continuously refine how we communicate our value proposition to a sophisticated institutional audience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a role requiring strategic thinking, data analysis, and creative communication, ideally in financial services, real estate, or a data-intensive B2B environment
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, or similar); experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) a plus
- Strong AI fluency, not just as a user but as a builder. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools) to design workflows, reduce manual effort, and scale output. Comfortable experimenting with new tools and bringing structured solutions to unstructured problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical or quantitative information into engaging storytelling
- Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and brings initiative without waiting to be directed
- Genuine interest in real estate, capital markets, or institutional investing
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in the $90,000 to $125,000 range, commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company matching
- Collaborative work environment at our Hoboken, NJ headquarters
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and the full lifecycle of institutional fundraising
- Access to cutting-edge AI tools and the autonomy to build workflows that shape how the team operates
