Join Farther's Clients Concierge team, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals connect with financial advisors nationwide. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business: facilitating communication and scheduling meetings between potential clients and Farther's wealth advisors. Your ability to efficiently connect people with advisors will be vital to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with consumers via phone (inbound and outbound), email, SMS text, and live chat.
  • Guide clients through the process of meeting with financial advisors over the phone.
  • Proactively call users expressing interest in speaking with financial advisors to schedule meetings.
  • Manage all meeting logistics.
  • Utilize people skills and scripted talking points to deliver personalized service.
  • Communicate challenges to the team and help improve processes.
  • Record all customer interactions and outcomes in our internal CRM.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Drive innovation by providing thoughtful feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a pleasant phone presence
  • 2+ years of financial services phone sales experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt based on user and business needs
  • Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems
