Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to drive our ambitious expansion by leading and scaling our team of Financial Advisors. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management to shape the future of wealth management. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can build and nurture high-performing teams while driving sustainable growth and maintaining excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence & Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales frameworks while providing personalized coaching to enhance advisor effectiveness, accelerate productivity, and drive client engagement success.
  • Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a team of financial advisors to exceed revenue targets while fostering a high-performance culture focused on client success and sustainable business growth.
  • Talent Acquisition & Integration: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to successful onboarding, including designing structured programs to accelerate advisor success and building key industry talent relationships.
  • Performance Optimization: Establish and track meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategic improvement plans to drive consistent results.
  • Strategic Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics, generate comprehensive reports on team performance and revenue trends, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales management experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Series 65 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology platforms, Hubspot preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • History of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses perferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
