The Role 

As a Senior Associate Talent Partner at Farther, you'll be a key member of our talent acquisition team, recruiting across all functions company-wide. You'll support and contribute to every type of search - from technical roles in product, design, and engineering to wealth management positions and other business functions. This role requires a versatile recruiter who can seamlessly support technical recruitment while independently managing financial services searches and various operational roles.

Your Impact 

  • Support full-cycle recruitment across all of Farther’s departments - owning technical searches and independently managing financial services, operations, and other business function roles
  • Own assigned technical recruitment searches while contributing to the team's overall financial services recruiting capability
  • Partner with hiring managers across every function to understand diverse role requirements and business needs
  • Execute sourcing strategies for both recurring roles and specialized positions across multiple functions
  • Build and maintain networks spanning fintech, financial services, technology, and operational communities
  • Own candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation across various role types
  • Contribute to scalable recruitment processes for both technical assessments and financial services evaluations
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across all hiring functions
  • Work collaboratively with team members while managing independent searches
  • Provide market insights on compensation and talent availability across assigned functions
  • Help build employer branding strategies that attract talent across technical, financial, and operational roles

The Ideal Match 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions
  • Proven track record recruiting for financial services positions 
  • Experience supporting technical recruitment (Software Engineering, Product Management, Design) and ability to assess technical candidates
  • Proven ability to adapt recruitment strategies across diverse role types and collaborate effectively on team-based searches
  • Experience working with various stakeholders across business functions
  • Demonstrated success in both independent and collaborative recruitment environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to work effectively within a team structure
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience tracking hiring metrics
  • Proficiency with modern ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting tools

Bonus Points 

  • Experience recruiting for Series A-C stage fintech or financial services companies
  • Background recruiting for RIA operations, investment advisory, or wealth management roles
  • Proficiency with advanced recruiting tools and platforms beyond standard ATS systems
