The Role
As an Advisor Experience Associate, you'll provide operational, scheduling, and execution support to Advisor Experience Managers. You'll serve as the internal project manager ensuring all workflows, departmental handoffs, and resources are coordinated flawlessly for advisor transitions.

Your Impact
- Provide comprehensive operational and project management support to Advisor Experience Managers
- Maintain and update all advisor timelines, tasks, and dependencies inside task management workflows
- Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, PDE, Billing, Operations, Marketing) to deliver all required deliverables pre- and post-Discovery
- Route and verify all compliance documentation prior to submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Document and track all task-level progress through Farther's internal portal
- Support technology setup and reporting documentation for Farther executives
- Assist with resource planning and workload balancing across Advisor Experience Managers
- Maintain task dashboards and status tracking in near real-time
- Prepare Pre-Day-One Operations Checklist completion reports
- Generate weekly advisor readiness status and issue-tracking summaries
- Ensure 98% of project tasks are completed within SLA with zero missed critical milestones
The Ideal Match
- 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client services (financial services experience preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to track multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and task management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through consistently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in financial services operations or client services
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
- Experience with project management tools, CRM systems, and task management platforms
