Financial Wealth Advisor (Focus Team)

Remote

Company Description

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience.

Farther’s founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We’re backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders.

Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.

The Role

You've built a book. Now you want to grow it—with better technology, real support, and without the bureaucracy. The Focus Team exists to help experienced advisors scale their practices by providing infrastructure, market access, and collaborative resources that would take years to build independently.

This isn't about fitting into someone else's system. It's about plugging into a team that amplifies what you've already built while giving you access to new markets, coordinated events, and a support structure that actually works.

We run the Focus Team with accessible leadership and a collaborative culture. Your clients remain yours. Your success contributes to the team, and the team's resources accelerate your growth.

The Focus Team Difference

Joining the Focus Team isn't just joining Farther—it's joining a team within Farther that provides:

  • Unmatched Market Access: We conduct events inside major corporations nationwide. When prospects see you presenting in their own building, credibility is instant. This access took years to build. You get it immediately.
  • Specialized Knowledge Training: We teach you the internal language, benefits structures, and culture of our target companies so deeply that prospects assume you're one of them.
  • Dedicated Support Infrastructure: A dedicated team for client service, marketing support from our team, and premium tools—resources that let you focus on clients instead of operations.
  • Accessible, Collaborative Culture: Leadership is hands-on and approachable. The team lead does the same work he asks anyone else to do. Your input shapes team direction. Senior advisors mentor those coming up, and everyone's success lifts everyone else.

Your Impact

  • Transition & Grow Your Book: Bring your existing client relationships onto Farther's modern platform—then leverage Focus Team resources to grow. Our coordinated events, market access, and marketing infrastructure open doors that would be impossible to access solo.
  • Access New Markets: The Focus Team has established relationships inside major Fortune 500 companies nationwide. We run events inside these companies, giving you access to qualified high-net-worth prospects in environments where trust is pre-established.
  • Leverage Specialized Knowledge: Tap into deep institutional knowledge of our target markets. Our training on internal company terminology, benefits structures, and culture is so thorough that prospects often assume you work alongside them.
  • Contribute to Team Growth: Share your expertise with developing advisors. As you progress toward partnership, you'll help shape the team's direction and mentor the next generation—building something bigger than just your own book.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
