ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Digital Stylist is at the core of our client experience.  You will focus upon increasing top-line sales through optimizing conversion and the visual experience within the fashionnova.com site.  You will apply your expertise in digital merchandising and collection curation to ensure a seamless and unparalleled shopping experience.  You will be required to execute category specific eCommerce strategies with your creative, strategic, and innovative mindset. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) inclusive of client behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and to inform longer-term strategies
  • Understand and share the connection between site and financial metrics
  • Lead broader eCommerce trends and innovations
  • Provide weekly in-depth reporting and insights to buying teams

Cross Functional Partnerships

  • Establish strong relationships across cross-functional and category teams
  • Influence and leverage other teams within the broader organization to advance digital objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution

Results

  • Feeling of personal accountability for delivering financial goals (SALES AND PROFIT) and objectives for the category

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce site merchandising, ideally within a Fashion Brand
  • Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue generating mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of leadership
  • Accelerated analytical and quantitative skills to be applied to financial, business and site metrics
  • Masterful technique for implementing and optimizing merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, searchability, client experience and effortless shopping
  • Tactics for site taxonomy, and attribution management, navigation, internal search optimization and cross|up sell opportunities
  • BA|BS degree
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage
  • Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
