Position Overview:

FastSpring is looking for a self-driven, coachable, and relentlessly curious Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing APAC sales team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our presence in the expansive APAC region, which offers incredible chances to learn, grow, and drive revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach in industries navigating the complexities of global eCommerce, such as SaaS, software, gaming, and digital products.

This position is remote, with some travel expected for tradeshows, in-person team onsites and events.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies to generate awareness and pipeline for FastSpring across SaaS, software, gaming, and digital product markets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts; build account engagement strategies to penetrate complex organizations.
  • Lead disciplined, multi-channel prospecting (calls, personalized email, video, social) and continuously refine messaging to improve conversion.
  • Partner strategically with Account Executives to map stakeholders, coordinate outreach, and deliver high-quality meetings aligned with ICP and revenue priorities.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, capturing engagement insights and tracking account progression.
  • Navigate early conversations with senior stakeholders, uncover business challenges, and position FastSpring’s value effectively.
  • Contribute to outbound playbooks by testing new approaches, sharing best practices, and elevating team prospecting standards.
  • Represent FastSpring at industry events to expand market awareness and generate strategic pipeline opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying lead generation experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders through clear written and verbal messaging.
  • Business proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English required; ability to conduct professional conversations and outreach across both languages (written Mandarin a plus).
  • Highly autonomous operator with a proven ability to prioritize accounts, manage pipeline activity, and execute outbound strategy independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced sales environments, maintaining focus and consistency while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess prospect needs, navigate objections, and advance conversations toward qualified opportunities.
  • Demonstrated interest and familiarity with payments, gaming, eCommerce, or digital product ecosystems, with the ability to quickly understand complex platforms and value propositions.
  • Growth mindset with a track record of refining prospecting techniques and improving outreach performance in evolving markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the payments industry.
  • Experience within the gaming industry.
  • Experience selling into the Greater China Market 

Compensation:

This role carries an annual on-target earnings (OTE) of SGD 114,000, comprised of a base salary of SGD 77,000, and a sales variable component of SGD 37,000 (70/30 split).
