About this Role

We're seeking a talented Recruiter to join our growing People & Talent team at Fay. You'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all functions as we scale our dynamic, high-performing organization. Your recruiting expertise will be essential in building teams that drive Fay's ambitious growth objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offers across multiple roles and departments
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including networking, social media, and industry events
  • Candidate Experience: Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our company values and enhance our employer brand
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Your skills & experience:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in a fast-growing venture backed startup environment
  • Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles from individual contributors to senior leadership
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem AI and other recruiting tools
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience tracking metrics and optimizing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
