Position Summary:
FC Cincinnati is seeking a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn the day-to-day responsibilities associated with Partnership’s fulfillment. This role will primarily take place at the 4th Street office and average 20hrs/week. The Partnerships Activation Intern will have the primary responsibility of assisting the Partnerships Activation team with in-office duties, in addition to working all home games and events scheduled throughout the semester. This internship is set to begin in January and conclude in May, with the possibility of extending. This is a part-time role paid on an hourly basis and college credit is also available if needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with game day preparation and execution of activations
- Assist with day-to-day functions associated with activations
- Collect, manage, and input materials, photos, data, and files relevant to activations
- Assist in producing recaps that include a detailed summary of activations
- Research and create activation ideas; monitor what other sports are employing
- General administrative duties such as creation of documents, copies, organizational binders, and shipments
- Prepares post-event report for all assigned events
- Provides general event support for public ticketed events as needed
- Always represent FC Cincinnati and its related affiliates and venues in a professional manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task while prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and self-motivate
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Sports Management, Marketing, or Business
- There are physical requirements to this position including sitting, walking, standing, lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
