Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Account Manager of Corporate Sales to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a large portfolio of accounts in the corporate gifting and promotional products sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, strong account management skills, and experience handling high-value clients, and preferably experiences working within corporate gifting. As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, managing inbound leads, building opportunity pipeline, forecasting, and order entry for your book of business. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships with our largest accounts and driving revenue growth across this channel. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a start-up environment, is very detail oriented and has clear, concise, and timely communication internally and externally.

This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and is required to be in-office 3 days per week. This role will potentially require some travel for tradeshows and industry events throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with corporate/promotional accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying new prospects, converting inbound leads, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Generate new business opportunities by outbound prospecting and identifying
- Monitor orders, sales performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth execution from order placement to fulfillment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, providing consistent, high-touch communication and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to work lead funnel, track and manage sales activities, and maintain an up-to-date account database.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales account management role, with a proven track record in managing large volume of accounts within a book of business. Experience working with corporate gift/promotional products is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency working with Salesforce, Netsuite, Asana, Google Suite

Salary: $120,000-$138,000 OTE
