  • Build and grow long-term dealer relationships as the strategic commercial contact, through regular in-person visits and phone, video, and electronic communication.
  • Partner with aligned Dealer Experience Representatives, providing direction and account context and acting on the insights, opportunities, and risks they surface.
  • Drive dealer marketing and program adoption, and support in-store events, demos, clinics, trade shows, and regional events.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Credit, Supply Chain, Product, and Marketing to deliver seamless order processing, fulfillment, and dealer program execution.
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM records of accounts, plans, pipeline, and opportunities.
  • Attend required sales meetings, territory reviews, product training, conferences, and industry events, continuously building product and brand expertise.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • CRM experience required; SAP and Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills; able to thrive both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
  • Professional, effective communication at all levels with FMIC dealers and partners, and a passion for the Fender brand and FMIC portfolio.
  • 60%+ travel within the territory, plus occasional travel for regional sales meetings, trade shows, and meetings at FMIC’s Hollywood or Phoenix offices; clean driving record required.
