Forward Deployed Product Manager

What You'll Do:
- Partner directly with enterprise brands and retailers to discover, design, and deliver AI-powered commerce solutions—you own the full arc from problem to production.
- Run deep discovery sessions with clients to unearth the real problems worth solving, then translate those into proof of concepts using the FERMÀT platform and Claude Code.
- Coordinate delivery across sales, account management, and engineering to make sure what gets built actually ships—and that clients see the value.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founders and the FDE team to push the frontier of what's possible with AI in commerce, for the world's biggest brands.
- Build and refine our playbook for enterprise AI deployment as we scale—what you learn becomes the standard for the team.
Who You Are:
- A high-agency operator who's spent 3+ years in management consulting or investment banking—you know how to navigate complex client relationships and deliver under pressure.
- Someone who gets genuinely excited about AI tools and jumps into new technology without waiting to be told how. Claude, Replit, Lovable—these are in your daily rotation, not on your to-do list.
- A natural at asking the right questions. You understand that great discovery is what separates a solution that lands from one that misses, and you treat it like a craft.
- Comfortable building in ambiguity and figuring things out yourself. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it.
- Someone whose default way of interacting with SaaS tools is through their MCPs—you'd rather wire up an integration than click through a UI.
Skills to Know:
- 3+ years in management consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique strategy) or investment banking. We’re looking for people at the senior analyst and junior manager level who have had experience with independently owning client relationships
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools in your actual workflow
- Strong structured thinking and communication skills: you can take a messy client problem and turn it into a clear solution narrative
- Technical curiosity without a computer science or engineering degree— a background that signals that you pick up tools fast is a serious plus
- Experience working across sales, product, and engineering stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
