Who We Are

It started with a dream of something better...

On paper, we're a bank. In practice, we're a tech company driven by a tight-knit team of innovative thinkers on a mission to reinvent banking.

 

Over a decade ago, we began refining our expertise by reimagining mobile banking for the Bendigo Bank brand. In 2018, in collaboration with Bendigo Bank, we launched Up - an entirely digital bank designed to make financial wellbeing engaging and accessible.

 

In 2021, we officially became part of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, continuing our work on Up and building innovative financial software for everyone.

 

Sitting firmly in the sweet spot of a small company rhythm with the impact of a major player, we stay dedicated to empowering those who need it most.

Flexible Hybrid Work Environment

We understand everyone has different circumstances, so we support flexible working around your commitments. Though we only hire from within the Greater Melbourne area, office attendance is only mandatory two days per year - however, we work hard to make the office a place you'll enjoy visiting to connect with your team and colleagues. Part-time or 9-day compressed fortnight arrangements are available as well.

Time Off

On top of your annual leave and public holidays, you'll get two extra weeks off at the end of each year - fully paid. Welcoming a new addition to the family? We offer four months paid parental leave, regardless of gender.*
