- Ensure learnings are applied to future buys.
- Apply a strategic, analytical, and critical eye toward performance optimizations and diligence and attention to detail in partner management.
Agency & Channel Management
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for DRTV agency partners.
- QA media plans, pacing, and performance reports.
- Ask informed questions and challenge assumptions when performance deviates.
- Ensure optimizations are executed and documented.
- Consistently keep the team informed on the status of projects and campaign performance.
- Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Maintain a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
How You'll Measure Success:
- Drive growth in customer acquisition through strategic initiatives.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for key metrics (CPA, ROAS, revenue growth).
- Develop, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that achieve targeted results.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing or similar fields, with a focus on DRTV & CTV. Strong preference for analytics, performance marketing, math, or finance background.
- Deep understanding of DRTV marketing landscape
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Must be comfortable with numbers and performance analysis.
