About the Role:
Fetch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to be a driving force behind the vision, strategy and execution of our new and emerging business units. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll work cross-functionally with our commercial General Managers, as well as Product and Technology leaders, to develop collaborative business strategies, analyze business performance and ensure delivery on critical initiatives.
This role requires a strong foundation of analytical skills, as well as exceptional strategic thinking and project leadership to deliver on Fetch’s next wave of growth. You will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations (Product & Technology).
What You'll Do:
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to utilize data-driven insights to deliver strategic decision-making and recommend new courses of action.
- Operational Leadership: Manage operational plans and execution of business-critical projects, ensuring alignment with high-level strategy.
- Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide visibility to executives.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or analytics
- Fluency in data and strong technical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Excel, SQL skills required; experience with Python or similar tools is a plus
- Experience building analysis with significant AI components, bonus if leveraging tools like CoPilot, Hex, etc.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation:
