This is a hybrid role that reports directly to the Global Treasurer and will be based out of New York City.  You’ll be expected to be in the office about three days a week.

What you’ll do:

  • Own all aspects of Kyriba, our Treasury workstation. You’ll create and manage reporting, own budget codes and connectivity, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and look for ways to improve/enhance how we use the system.
  • Own the intercompany loan process end-to-end. You’ll manage all aspects of intercompany loans including interest calculations, disbursements/repayments, and documentation.
  • Lead debt covenant compliance. You’ll work with the Treasurer to develop reactive and forward-looking compliance management tools, and lead the creation and distribution of covenants to our stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvements within Treasury. You’ll have the opportunity to improve the quality of our reporting and analysis, or to otherwise develop and drive Treasury’s strategy.  Having a mindset of improvement, automation, and operational excellence will be a key success factor for this role.  This is a senior role and you will be empowered to identify and implement improvements.
  • Support the Treasurer on global insurance. You’ll work with the Treasurer on underwriting and claims, and take the lead on operational insurance requests, having an opportunity to directly interact with our broker and insurers.
  • Work with the Treasurer to create a vision and strategy for the global Treasury function as it matures and grows with FGS.

  • Comfort researching and analyzing the root cause of issues, and a desire to create long-term solutions for them.
  • Willingness to speak up and offer recommendations. You have great ideas, and people should hear them.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
