Impact In This Role

Fictiv is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Operations Partner to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to our General Managers that lead each of Fictiv’s manufacturing regions (US, MX, IN, CN). This pivotal role, based in Bangalore, India, is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the general management of each of our regions and contributing to strategic initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex schedules across time zones, driving projects forward, and fostering a positive and productive environment while working closely with teams in the US, Mexico, India and China.

This role will primarily work US business hours out of our Bangalore Global Capability Center and directly report into the General Manager, US while dotted line report into our General Managers of Mexico, India, and China.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Vendor Onboarding – Sourcing vendors that meet Fictiv’s target vendor profile (i.e. a trusted partner who can produce high quality parts on tight lead times). Walk them through onboarding evaluation steps and initial probationary stages to become preferred vendors.
  • Vendor Scorecarding – Generate scorecards and feedback for our vendors to help them understand how to improve and receive more jobs from Fictiv.
  • Job Scheduling – Oversee the distribution of manufacturing jobs to our vendor network in order to fulfill our builders’ orders on time.
  • Builder Satisfaction – Monitor customer satisfaction survey results and organize manufacturing or logistics related feedback into actionable improvements. When the situation requires it, perform failure analysis, handle the RMA process, and document the solution & cost.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identifying areas of improvement and driving those improvements to the responsibilities listed above.

  • Self-starter, manages time efficiently, able to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision
