The Role: Strategic Program Specialist (SPS)
As a Strategic Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enabling program success for our aerospace and robotics customers. Partnering with Strategic Program Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget product launches. Your ability to manage documentation, streamline processes, and support customer-focused execution will directly impact Fictiv’s mission of accelerating innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Advocate: Build and maintain trusted relationships with aerospace customers, ensuring outstanding experiences and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with Strategic Program Managers and internal teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Fulfillment) to execute complex customer programs.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and keep projects on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency by creating playbooks, standardizing program documentation, and automating workflows.
- Program Support & Execution: Prepare and maintain critical program reports and documentation to support program delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of program management experience in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills in documentation, reporting, risk management, and time management.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience across diverse, global teams.
- A customer-first mindset, passion for new technologies, and ability to thrive in challenging, high-tech environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
