What You’ll Be Doing

 Liaise with manufacturing partners (MPs), third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and internal teams to schedule and execute daily shipments from China to overseas destinations. 与制造合作伙伴（MPs）、第三方物流供应商（3PLs）及内部团队协调，安排和执行从中国到海外的日常运输。

Prepare and verify all export documentation (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill/Ocean Bill of Lading) to comply with customs regulations. 准备并核对所有出口文件（如商业发票、装箱单、空运提单/海运提单），确保符合海关规定。

Troubleshoot shipping delays or issues in real-time, ensuring on-time deliveries. 实时解决运输延误或问题，确保准时交付。 

Coordinate with overseas offices, finance, and procurement teams to align shipping priorities and resolve operational bottlenecks. 与海外办公室、财务和采购团队协调，统一运输优先级并解决运营瓶颈。

Communicate shipment status updates to stakeholders proactively. 主动向相关方通报运输状态更新。 

Identify inefficiencies in daily shipping workflows (e.g., routing, carrier selection) and propose solutions to reduce costs or improve speed. 发现日常运输流程中的低效环节（如路线选择、承运商选择），并提出降低成本或提高速度的解决方案。

 Assist the Logistics Manager with special projects (e.g., system implementations, customs filings). 协助物流经理完成特殊项目（如系统实施、海关申报）

Desired Traits

Experience: 3 years more than in shipping operations, preferably in trade/factory environments. 3年以上运输操作经验，贸易或工厂环境优先。 

Mastery of shipping documentation (CI, PL, AWB/BL) and customs processes. 精通运输文件（商业发票、装箱单、空运提单/海运提单）及海关流程。 

Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and logistics software (SAP/ERP/Odoo/Oracle is a plus). 熟练使用Excel（公式、数据透视表）及物流软件 (熟悉SAP/ERP/Odoo/Oracle 更佳）。

 Have more than 3 years of working experience in shipping affairs in trading companies or factories, be familiar with all aspects of cargo transportation, including booking, loading, truck arrangement, customs declaration, handling of B/L and various freight documents, as well as the various freight charges accounting. 有3年以上贸易公司/工厂船务工作经验，熟悉货物运输的各个环节，包括订舱，装货，运输安排，报关，提单及各类货运文件的处理，各项运费的核算等。

 Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines. 出色的组织能力，能在紧迫期限内处理多任务。

 Strong communication (English fluency preferred) and problem-solving agility. 强大的沟通能力（英语流利者优先）和敏捷的问题解决能力。

 Team-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail. 注重团队合作，对细节一丝不苟。

Plus: Knowledge of HTS codes, customs handbooks, or freight forwarding. 加分项： 了解HTS编码、海关手册或货运代理。
