As a Logistics team member, you will be the backbone of our daily shipping operations, ensuring seamless logistics execution between our manufacturing partners and global customers. 作为物流团队的一员，您将成为我们日常运输运营的核心，确保制造合作伙伴与全球客户之间的物流无缝衔接。

You will report to the Lead of International Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Courier customs on hold handling for US import customs declaration.
• 中国快递出口在美国进口卡关的处理工作。
• Shipping document filing. (use for customs random checking and finance tax rebate)
• 流文件的归档。(用于海关随机检查及财务退税）
• Part of Logistics reporting.
• 部分物流报告的制作.
• Assist in the work temporarily assigned by the department manager.
• 协助部门经理临时委派的工作。

Major Requirement: Logistics Management, English, International Trade.

Technical Skills:
技术技能：

• Education: Currently in 3rd year of university, good English reading and writing skills, can communicate with English e-mails and fluent oral English is better.
• Required Experience & Background

• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and logistics software (SAP/ERP/Odoo/Oracle is a plus).
• 熟练使用Excel（公式、数据透视表）及物流软件 (熟悉SAP/ERP/Odoo/Oracle 更佳）。
• Familiar with various international trade Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP, as well as the responsibility division points for each Incoterms. Understand all the processes of international transportation of goods and the related export documentation.
• 熟悉FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP各种国际贸易方式，以及每种贸易方式的责任划分点。了解货物国际运输的各个流程，以及相关单证。
• Understanding of different flight routes and ports, have knowledge related to customs codes filing, customs manuals, customs taxation are plus.
• 不同的航线和港口了解，有海关编码归档，海关手册，海关税务等相关的知识更好。
