Manager, Inside Sales (Singapore)

Singapore

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

As a Manager of Inside Sales, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives and Senior Inside Sales Representatives supporting customers across APAC. Your team will manage a range of customer motions, including inbound demand, unassigned accounts, renewals, expansion opportunities, and coverage for complex or multi-org accounts. You’ll ensure a best-in-class customer experience while driving predictable retention and growth outcomes.

You’ll play a key leadership role in scaling our Inside Sales organization across a diverse and fast-growing region. You’ll build an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in coaching, collaboration, and accountability, while partnering closely with regional Sales leaders, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer coverage, forecast accuracy, and execution.

This is a full-time role based in our Singapore hub.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Senior Inside Sales Representatives, providing consistent 1:1s, career development, and skill-based coaching
  • Own team performance across retention and growth motions, monitoring key metrics including NRR, GRR, expansion, churn, contraction, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection to drive accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across the region
  • Use customer and business data to identify risks and growth opportunities, coaching the team to act early and strategically
  • Coach to and continuously improve playbooks across inbound demand, unassigned accounts, renewals, expansion opportunities, and complex account coverage
  • Partner with regional Sales Managers, GTM leadership, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to align on customer strategy, account coverage, and execution
  • Act as a senior-level sponsor for complex or high-value opportunities, navigating escalations while championing strong data hygiene, pipeline velocity, and forecast predictability
  • Identify differences across APAC markets and help evolve the regional coverage model as the organization scales

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or renewals, including 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven success managing and developing emerging and mid-level sellers to exceed retention and growth targets
  • Experience leading teams across multiple markets or operating within a complex regional environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Strong sales and operational expertise across discovery, negotiation, forecasting, pipeline inspection, and data-driven decision-making, with experience using Salesforce and related tools and a solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as GRR, NRR, and expansion rate

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Track record of helping build or scale a regional Inside Sales or renewals organization
  • Background leading teams or supporting customers across APAC
