Premise
To win as the staking provider with the best risk-adjusted rewards, we need to know more about how protocols and staking rewards work than anyone else. And we need to directly communicate these details with customers in multiple formats: individual customer pre-sales, post-sales support, group webinars, written articles, and conferences.
As we plan to rapidly launch 15 new networks in 2024, we need to scale our network expertise on the upcoming networks, as well as our two core Tier 0 networks: Ethereum and Solana.
Strategy

To extend our successful relationship-based sales strategy, we should seek to make Figment network experts directly customer facing with enduring customer relationships. Think of it like a specialized Customer Success function: “your staking and rewards expert”.
In addition, our network experts should be publicly visible as known personalities in our space. Webinars, conferences, and public speaking are important to establishing Figment as the most knowledgeable provider.
What You’ll Be Working on
Including but not limited to topics like:
- MEV on Solana
- Liquid Staking & Restaking on Solana
- Solana Ecosystem Teams including L2s
- Major SOL network upgrades and their technical & commercial impact
- New SOL validator clients (including Firedancer)

Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $100,000 - $140,000. The US base salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $140,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training.
