About the Role

As a Business Operations Lead, you will act as a cross-functional layer that keeps the different departments on the same page, with a focus on driving growth within our Partnerships team. In this role, you will collect data to identify the root cause of problems, measure performance against process requirements, and serve as a partner to the senior leadership at Figure through high-impact strategic projects and data analyses. We are looking for someone who is inquisitive and willing to jump in and contribute. What You’ll Do

  • Help establish a structure and cadence for sales team reviews and reporting to increase visibility, drive growth, and resolve blockers
  • Develop metrics for pipeline management, process measurement, and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Work with the Analytics team to develop periodic Business Reviews to share with key strategic partners and foster engagement 
  • Help grow and develop Figure’s Sales and Partnerships operations
  • Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Figure leadership team
  • Create reporting for internal stakeholders to track progress versus OKRs
  • Help develop and utilize frameworks to structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment
  • Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Figure

What We Look For

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations at a high-growth company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and great data skills
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Experience working with sales teams

For NY, CA and WA residents, the salary range for this position is $88,000 - $132,000 year with a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
