About the Role
At Figure, we’re transforming the way people access and experience financial solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a customer-first approach. We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the adoption of our innovative financing solutions focusing on the East Coast region. You will be responsible for growing an existing home improvement & solar partner book of business. You will also win and onboard new partners to your book.
You will educate new & existing partners, resolve partner challenges, and advocate for Figure’s HELOC product at point-of-sale. Additionally, you will promote Figure at conferences and travel to support large partners as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with solar and Home Improvement installers and contractors, expanding our reach and fostering long-term collaborations and partnerships.
- Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting our financing products and delivering value to our partners.
- Provide tailored training and value proposition sessions to ensure partners and their teams understand and utilize our point-of-sale financing option.
- Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow within your region.
- Drive loan application volume through repeatable partner relationship management processes
- Address and resolve partner challenges, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Maintain accurate records, forecast performance, and critical pipeline of sales activities in Salesforce
What We Look For
- Five plus years of experience in home improvement, solar, and/or consumer point-of-sale financing
- 3 plus years of field or outside sales experience
- A minimum of 2 years of partner relationship management experience
- Ability to drive and executes successfully new loan application pipelines from a book of partners
- Strong communications to drive a consultative partnership approach
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Salary
- On-target Earnings: $140,000 - $195,000 with a 35-40% variable (as a percentage of OTE)
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
