About the Role
Figure’s Business Development team sits at the forefront of innovation in the secured finance space. We find new, creative ways to deliver Figure’s groundbreaking, blockchain-based lending products to forward-thinking partners across various segments – enabled by a robust suite of APIs and the most digital borrower experience in the market.
You will (1) manage, expand, optimize affiliate marketing partnerships and (2) implement affiliate, strategic, and channel partnerships across focus markets and ecosystems, including: embedded lending / marketplaces, home improvement, real estate, property management, and small business finance.
This is a revenue-generating, originations-focused role and ideal candidates will have a strong background in both partnerships and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of how affiliates and affiliate networks operate.
What You’ll Do
Affiliate program management:
- Scale our affiliate marketing program end-to-end across marketplace, publisher, influencer, and other focus verticals driving consistent growth in partner acquisition, activation, and revenue
- Manage daily affiliate operations including approvals, compliance monitoring, payout processing, and budget management
- Develop and execute strategies, in partnership with Marketing and Content/PR, to optimize partner performance – including creative testing, payout optimization, and performance analysis
- Build strong relationships with key affiliate partners, serving as primary day-to-day point of contact and by establishing key performance indicators and clear expectations to guide partnership development
- Identify opportunities for incremental volume and new product deployment
- Proactively identify new partners or channels in accordance with Figure’s organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all affiliate activities
Strategic partnership execution:
- Support senior leadership in complex strategic partnership deal processes
- Assist in structuring and presenting partnership proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Marketing, Content/PR, Rev Ops) to evaluate partnership feasibility and execute on integration requirements
- Help manage and grow existing partnerships by establishing and tracking key internal and external performance indicators (e.g. conversion/approval rates, customer acquisition cost, etc.)
- Contribute to partnership strategy development and market expansion initiatives
What We Look For
- 3-5 years of affiliate marketing or partnerships experience – preferably in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
- Experience with partner management & analytics platforms (i.e., Impact, Tableau)
- Exposure to an understanding of embedded finance, point-of-sale lending, and/or API-enabled partnership constructs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Startup or scale-up experience with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Salary
- Compensation Range: $118,800 - $148,500
- 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
