Join the exciting world of Enterprise Software Sales by becoming a Sales Development Representative for Files.com. The SDR (Sales Development Representative) role is an entry-point for a career in sales. While B2B and software sales experience are not required, they can be a differentiator.

About the SDR Role
The SDR is the first point of contact at Files.com for a new prospect. You connect with prospects and introduce them to Files.com.
This is not an outbounding/prospecting role. We will give you a steady stream of warm leads who have already asked to be contacted. Your job is to qualify the lead, learn as much as possible about the opportunity, get the prospect excited about Files.com, and ultimately book appointments for your leads to speak to our Account Executives (AEs).
In this role, you will be:
- Leveraging various platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more to engage, and follow-up on leads
- Qualifying warm leads via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Setting appointments with Files.com AEs to further engage with the best prospects
- Learning the entire sales process at Files.com and experiencing Enterprise Sales at a successful software startup. You'll take part in the same trainings as our AEs and position yourself to learn the ins and outs of a software sales position
