New Logo Sales Manager

Austin, TX; Scottsdale, AZ
📍 Location: Old Town Scottsdale, AZ or Austin, TX (In-Office Only – Remote Work Not Allowed)
💼 Type: Full-time
💰 Compensation: Competitive salary + premium benefits

At Files.com, new logo sales leadership isn’t about sitting behind dashboards or chasing reports. It’s about coaching as craft — and building a team of Account Executives (AEs) who can confidently close some of the most meaningful enterprise deals in SaaS.

This is a role where you stay close to the work: shadowing discovery calls, reviewing live opportunities, strategizing deal progression, and giving feedback that sticks. You’re not just supervising activity — you’re shaping talent. The AEs on your team won’t grind through transactional deals; they’ll engage Fortune 500s, global enterprises, and fast-scaling companies where secure file transfer and automation are mission-critical.

Unlike other AE leadership roles, this isn’t a rescue mission. Our inbound engine is strong, our frameworks are proven, and our product is rock-solid — backed by an engineering team that ships solutions in days, not quarters. That means you and your team sell boldly, without apologies.

Here, your success isn’t measured by activity logs — it’s measured by the enterprise logos you land, the caliber of sellers you develop, and the confidence your team carries into every conversation. You’ll be surrounded by sharp, ambitious AEs and peers who thrive in a high-performance culture. And you’ll walk away with career-defining leadership experience that sets you up for Director and VP roles down the road.

This is hands-on leadership. It’s enterprise sales at the highest level. And it’s your chance to make an outsized impact — both on your team and on a profitable SaaS company powering 4,000+ global brands.

Who We Are

We’re Files.com, a profitable, founder-led SaaS company powering secure file transfer and automation for 4,000+ brands you know: Marc Jacobs, GrubHub, Michelin, Hot Topic, Stamps.com, Planet Fitness, KFC, and more.

We’ve built a $35M+ business with just 70 people by hiring smart, disciplined, and high-output teammates who act fast and own outcomes. Backed by $46.5M from Riverwood Capital, we’re scaling intentionally — and this role is a critical piece of that growth.

Our offices are located in the best parts of two amazing cities:
  • Scottsdale, AZ (Old Town): A bright, modern office with huge windows ☀️, craft coffee ☕️, free drinks, and free catered breakfast every day 🍳🥓. Step outside and you’re surrounded by some of the best lunch and happy hour spots in Arizona.
  • Austin, TX (Downtown): A brand-new space in the heart of downtown, surrounded by energy, culture, and some of the best food and nightlife in Texas. Free breakfast daily, plenty of room to collaborate, and the vibrancy of Austin right outside the door.
Twice a year, we bring the whole team together for energizing off-sites in cities like New Orleans, Nashville, and Miami.

What You’ll Actually Do

This isn’t a desk-and-reports role. As New Logo Sales Manager, your days will be spent in the trenches with your team, making them sharper every week.
  • Coach & Develop Talent: Work 1:1 and in group sessions with your AEs, sharpening their ability to run discovery, position strategically, and close high-value enterprise deals.
  • Own Pipeline Productivity: Ensure AEs consistently hit and exceed quota — and treat their performance like your personal responsibility.
  • Diagnose & Intervene: Spot underperformance fast, identify root causes, and design tactical fixes that get results.
  • Enforce Discipline: Hold the line on CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and sales methodology — knowing quality at the top drives everything downstream.
  • Lead From the Trenches: Stay embedded in AE workflows — shadowing calls, reviewing live opportunities, and stepping into deals to model best practices.
  • Guide Deal Strategy: Help your team expand scope thoughtfully, demonstrate ROI across departments, and close multi-stakeholder contracts.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your AEs consistently hit or exceed their quotas, with a healthy balance of new logos and multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Opportunities in the pipeline are clean, well-qualified, and accurately forecasted.
  • Account Executives under your guidance become sharper every quarter — growing into consultative sellers capable of running complex enterprise deals.
  • Your coaching translates directly into measurable performance improvements — higher conversion rates, bigger deal sizes, and faster sales cycles.
  • Customers walk away from first meetings with a clear sense of Files.com’s value, trusting your team as true partners in solving mission-critical problems.
  • The sales leadership team sees you as a multiplier — someone who raises the bar for talent, execution, and revenue impact.

Why This Role Is Different

  • You’ll Sell to Enterprise Customers That Matter: Your team won’t chase SMB logos. They’ll be closing deals with Fortune 500s, global brands, and fast-scaling enterprises where every conversation is meaningful and career-defining.
  • You’ll Build Closers, Not Pitch-Readers: Many managers supervise quota reports. At Files.com, you’ll build consultative sellers who lead with discovery, diagnose complex workflows, and position Files.com as core infrastructure.
  • You’ll Master the Coaching Craft: This is in-the-weeds leadership. You’ll refine your coaching precision on live deals, sharpening your ability to diagnose, role-play, and elevate AE performance.
  • Career-Defining Leadership Experience: Leading new logo sales at Files.com gives you exposure to enterprise sales leadership at the highest level. This role is a springboard into Director and VP positions — here or anywhere in SaaS.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
