ABOUT THE POSITION
Filson’s Ecommerce team is at the forefront of delivering unfailing goods to our customers — that’s where you come in. We are seeking a data-driven and analytical CRO Analyst who will take ownership of our A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization efforts across the website and digital marketing channels. Your analytical insights will drive decisions that enhance the customer experience and increase key performance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- A/B Testing: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive A/B testing strategy across the website to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Personalization: Develop and execute targeted personalization strategies that align with our brand values and resonate with our customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Focus on improving conversion rates, average order value, and units per transaction through data-driven strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, customer behavior, and heatmaps to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Customer Journey Enhancements: Continuously evaluate and refine the online customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, merchandising, and technical teams to ensure alignment with brand identity, site functionality, and product messaging.
- Technology Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of Shopify Plus and other relevant technologies to optimize site performance and stay updated on platform enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-6 years of experience in website operations, merchandising, and optimization, with a strong focus on CRO.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus and A/B testing tools, personalization tools, and analytics platforms like GA4.
- A deep passion for men’s and women’s wear, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Highly curious and proactive, with the ability to independently manage projects and achieve goals.

Salary range:
$90,000 - $125,000 USD
