 The Opportunity 

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in recruitment while applying what you’ve learned in Psychology/Behavioral Science course, especially in understanding behaviour, communication and decision making. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition global team to support real hiring needs, interact with candidates and learn how organizations build high-performing teams.  

 Key Responsibilities 

 Candidate Sourcing & Screening 

  • Help identify potential candidates through job portals and LinkedIn 
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements 
  • Support initial screening calls (with guidance) 
     

Interview Coordination 

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers 
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience 
  • Track interview progress and updates 
     

Candidate Experience 

  • Support in crafting messages and updates to candidates 
  • Help ensure timely communication across all stages 
  • Observe how recruiters engage and assess candidates 

 
Data & Reporting 

  • Update candidate records in the recruitment system (e.g., Greenhouse) 
  • Assist in tracking hiring progress and basic reports 
  • Maintain organized and accurate recruitment data 

 
Employer Branding & Campus Engagement (Optional Exposure) 

  • Support internship campaigns and university partnerships 
  • Help in preparing materials for student engagement (e.g., job posts, presentations) 

 Required Qualifications: 
 

  • Currently taking up Psychology or a related course 
  • Interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn 
  • Comfortable working with people and handling confidential information 
  • Can work onsite and amenable to travel to BGC Office
