Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with proven experience in the SMB SaaS space to help us grow our US business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping SMBs succeed. This role requires flexibility to work in US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US SMB market.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective follow-up and support.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically targeting SMBs in the US market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the US SMB landscape and financial SaaS solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Flexible to work in US time zones to align with client schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
