Community Outbound Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Community Outbound Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying individuals on social media platforms and forums (Twitter, Reddit, etc.) who are facing financial issues and engaging with them to offer insights or solutions. You’ll play a key part in expanding our reach and connecting with potential customers through community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor and engage in conversations related to finance on social media platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and relevant forums.
  • Identify and connect with individuals and groups discussing financial challenges, offering helpful advice and solutions.
  • Build relationships within online communities to increase brand awareness.
  • Share valuable insights with the internal team to inform product improvements or marketing strategies.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on the success of outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in finance and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter, Reddit, and online forums.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage authentically.
  • Passionate about helping people solve their financial problems.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
  • Previous experience in community management, customer support, or finance is a plus.

Couple of other things -

  • This opportunity is remote.
  • Full-time conversion based on internship performance.
  • Stipend will be 10K per month.
