About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for Snowpeak AI. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with property management partners, and leading our early go-to-market efforts.This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape our sales motion for an AI product redefining property management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in property management and real estate operations.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop tailored outreach campaigns targeting property management organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product positioning.
  • Provide customer feedback to inform product development and marketing.
  • Use CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) to manage pipelines and track engagement.
  • Represent Snowpeak AI at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups.
  • Help shape pricing models and value propositions for early customers.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets while contributing to overall company growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is 130k - 180k+ (depending on experience).

Physical Demands

  • This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting (≤25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • Somewhat quiet but can be boisterous at times.
  • Attire is business casual

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4 - 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience.
  • Proven experience selling software or technology solutions to property management, PropTech, or real estate clients.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a product from 0 to 1 and building revenue pipelines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in fast-changing startup environments.
    Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales automation tools.
